Something Is Killing the Children #11 is a horror comic from James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera that was published on October 21, 2020 by Boom! Studios. It is the eleventh issue in the Something Is Killing the Children comic series, the first issue of the five-part A Game of Nowhere arc, and the eleventh issue of the fifteen-part Archer's Peak saga.

Synopsis

Erica's gambit to save Archer's Peak has failed. Now, the town is under the full control of the Order of St. George. And if the spread of the monsters can't be contained, then the Order might move to eradicate the entire area...

Plot

In a flashback, James watches Tyler Monitz be eaten by the Mother Oscuratype. He begs for the monster to just eat him too, but the monster flees as James's Father arrives. Horrified, he asks James what happened, and as James watches the monster disappear into the woods, he cries that it was him.

In the gymnasium, Erica tells Sheriff Joe Cavanaugh that she needs to take James away, and to listen to when Tommy Mahoney says it is safe to leave. She tells Tommy to keep watch, and for Joe to find lockdown supplies in case the families need to spend the night. When he says they will want to know what's happening, she tells him that they just saw a little girl get ripped in half mid-air, and it will happen to them if they don't listen. She and James leave out a back window.

In the House of Slaughter, Cecilia Slaughter meets with The Old Dragon. Cecilia shows him that Aaron's death was caught on video and posted online after the video of the little girl being split in two. Their spies have managed to suppress the posts, but they will need assistance. The Dragon tells her to black out the internet in the town, divert traffic away from the town, and bring her team to Archer's Peak. He demands Cecilia bring Erica home alive, and Cecilia goes to the White Room, telling her White Masks that they're going to Wisconsin.

Erica and James sneak into a car, and Erica tells him they need to find Bian. James realizes they have no cell service, as he sees a monster approach the car.
